Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 5-6 business days. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  

USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days* 

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

**NOTE : These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. 

PRIORITY MAIL DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS PUT BEFORE OTHERS. IT MEANS THAT IT IS MARKED AS PRIORITY AT THE POST OFFICE AND THEY WILL DELIVER IT TO YOU IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Dieucollections is not responsible for any lost packages. Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control.

Dieucollections is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

There is a $5 re-shipment fee for any packages sent back to us because of an insufficient address.
